The illusion of being in another body affects not only our perception (as is already known) but also our way of thinking. Thanks to virtual reality, some subjects embodied Sigmund Freud and proved better at giving themselves psychological advice compared to when they were simply themselves.
L’illusione di essere in un corpo diverso dal nostro non cambia solo le nostre percezioni (come è già noto) ma anche il nostro modo di pensare. Grazie alla realtà virtuale alcuni soggetti hanno impersonato Sigmund Freud e si sono rivelati più bravi darsi consigli di natura psicologica, rispetto a quando erano semplicemente se stessi.
