Are you passionate about science and eager to share it with others? Would you like to turn your curiosity into a career? This is your moment: applications are officially open for the 2026–2027 edition of the “Franco Prattico” Master’s in Science Communication at SISSA in Trieste.
Founded in 1993 and the first of its kind in Europe, the MCS programme is an advanced course designed to train the next generation of science communicators: journalists, authors, podcasters, editors, videomakers, museum professionals, and experts in institutional and digital communication.
The programme is up to date, interdisciplinary, and strongly practice-oriented, combining lectures, workshops, creative labs, and placements in organisations across Italy and abroad. Its approach places the evolving relationship between science and society at its core, with a constant focus on the frontiers of research.
