- Changing your signature in Outlook Web App / Outlook on the web
1 - Open Outlook in your web browser and sign in.
2 - Click Settings.
3 - Go to Mail > Compose and reply.
4 - In the Email signature section, create a new signature or edit your existing one.
5 - Copy and paste the signature block shown above.
6 - If the image does not appear, download it at this link and insert it manually.
7 - Save the changes and check the result by creating a new email.
- Changing your signature in Outlook for Windows
1 - Open Outlook.
2 - Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
3 - Select the signature you want to edit, or create a new one.
4 - Copy and paste the signature block shown above into the Edit signature box.
5 - If needed, select the signature as the default for new messages and replies/forwards.

1 - Open Mail.
2 - Go to Mail > Settings > Signatures. On older versions of macOS, go to Mail > Preferences > Signatures.
3 - Select the email account and the signature you want to edit, or click “+” to create a new one.
4 - Uncheck “Always match my default message font”, if available.
5 - Copy and paste the signature block shown above.
6 - Close the settings window: changes are saved automatically.
7 - Check the result by creating a new email.
- Changing your signature in Gmail
1 - Open Gmail in your browser.
2 - Click Settings > See all settings.
3 - In the General tab, scroll to Signature.
4 - Create a new signature or edit an existing one.
5 - Copy and paste the signature block shown above.
6 - Scroll down and click Save Changes.
7 - Check the result by creating a new email.
- Changing your signature in Thunderbird
1 - Open Thunderbird.
2 - Go to Account Settings.
3 - Select the email account you want to edit.
4 - In the Signature text box, paste the signature text. Make sure “Use HTML” is enabled if you paste formatted content.
5 - If the image does not appear correctly, create the signature in a new message, save it as an HTML file, and attach that file as your signature.
6 - Check the result by creating a new email.
