For the second consecutive year, we are pleased to share an opportunity developed in collaboration with Prima, a leading company in the insurtech sector. The initiative is dedicated to SISSA’s PhD students in Mathematics and Physics.
The Prima Math Fest 2026 will take place on 21–22 May 2026 at Prima’s headquarters in Milan, Piazzale Loreto 17, and will offer participants a hands-on experience of the Data Scientist role.
Over the two-day event, participants will have the chance to:
– Meet the Pricing & Underwriting team
– Work on a Data Science Challenge using real data
– Engage with industry professionals
The experience will begin on 21 May with a welcome session and dinner with the team, followed by the challenge, lunch, final awards ceremony, and an optional leisure activity on 22 May. All expenses (travel, accommodation, and meals) will be covered by Prima.
