In two new studies, the light from millions of stars in our galaxy has been examined. From several of these, mysterious peaks of infrared radiation have been detected. [...] The other one the study was led by Gabriella Contardo at the Scuola internazionale superiore di studi avanzati (International School of Advanced Studies) in Italy. They found 53 candidates for dyson spheres within a distance of 6,500 light years from Earth, writes New Scientist.
